Coronet Peak is close to Queenstown and about 25 minutes drive25 minutes (18kms) from Queenstown. Easy to reach by self drive or on the many shuttle services that operate. |
Coronet peak has 280 hectares and 5 lifts. The vertical fall is 420 metres and the elevation is 1649 metres. Coronet Peak has a rolling terrain and snowmaking machines.
Lifts include 1 High Speed Six Seater, 1 Express Quad Chair, 1 Double Chair, 1 T- Bar, 1 Magic Carpet and 1 Beginner Tow. The longest run is the M1 at 1.8km.
Coronet Peak is open from early June to early October. Night Skiing is organised on Friday and Saturday nights.
